HOW THE TRAINER WORKS - Stage 3
Approximately 4 to 6 months of using the Trainer will provide maximum results that will last. Training thereafter must be maintained at your own pace, and not neglected.
Developing the Tunica Albuginea
The Trainer develops the tunica albuginea, the white matter beneath the skin that surrounds the penis and testicles, which is medically proven to control the size and firmness of the penis erection.
Using the Trainer strengthens and enlarges the penis. A penis does contain muscle: the muscle that produces erection. More importantly, however, the male erection involves more than just the penis itself. Consider the surrounding muscles in the pelvic floor (the levator ani and coccygeus); the urogenetial diaphragm (without which you could not control your urine stream); and the ischiocavernous and bulbospongiosus muscles, which help maintain penis erections. Then, of course, there is the anal sphincter and the central tendon of the perineum. If you've ever done the Kegel exercise, which allows you to move your erect penis up and down voluntarily, you know that muscles and tendons figure in the erection. Return to How-it-Works
